§ 1244.05 APPLICATIONS FOR APPROVAL.

An application for approval of a minor subdivision shall be submitted on forms provided by the Planning Commission, together with three copies of the maps and data specified in §§ 1244.03 and 1244.04, to the Secretary of the Commission. (See Figure 7 immediately following these subdivision regulations.)
