(a) A sketch plan shall contain a layout of the proposed division of land and provide sufficient information for the study and determination of proper integration of the development with the neighborhood and compliance with municipal codes. (See Figure 6 immediately following these subdivision regulations.)
(b) The sketch plan shall be clearly drawn on eight and one-half inch by 14 inch (or multiple thereof) transparent paper, mylar or cloth at a scale of not less than 100 feet to the inch and shall show the proposed layout and dimension of each lot to be recorded.
