12.9.104: BILLING AND COLLECTION:
The street lighting service charge will be calculated as provided within section 12.9.105 of this article. The street lighting service charge will be billed monthly to the City of Colorado Springs Municipal government by Utilities. (Ord. 02-203; Ord. 06-97 3 )
