§ 114.33 GAMBLING AND THE LIKE NOT TO BE ALLOWED.

It shall be unlawful for any person operating, conducting or maintaining any place where pool tables are kept for public use or hire to permit any gambling or other unlawful or immoral conduct on such premises.
