§ 114.30 PROHIBITED IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to open, maintain, conduct or operate any place where pool tables or billiard tables are kept for public use or hire on any premises located in any block where 50% or more of the land is used or zoned for residential.
