All recreational organizations using City facilities or property for recreational purposes must make their records pertaining to recreational uses, including minutes and financial records, available to the City for inspection and audit. Such organizations shall not be allowed the use of such facilities until they have signed an agreement to make such records available at reasonable times when requested by the City Financial Director. (Ord. 3382 §17, 2010)
A. No person shall possess any container, whether open or not, containing any beer, wine or other alcoholic beverage on any City owned, leased or maintained beach, natural area, park, parking facility, playground or play field.
B. The provisions of this section do not prohibit the City from issuing permits for the possession and consumption of beer, wine or other alcoholic beverages at the following locations:
1. Riverstone Park gazebo and amphitheater;
2. Jewett House;
3. City Park;
