GENERAL PROVISIONS

§ 30.01 COMMITTEES.

   The Mayor and Commissioners may create such committees of the Board for special purposes as they deem best.

MEETINGS

§ 30.15 REGULAR MEETINGS; TIME AND PLACE.

   The regular meetings of the Mayor and Board of Commissioners of the town shall be held on the second Thursday of each month, at 7:00 p.m., at the Town Hall unless otherwise designated by the Board.

§ 30.16 ADJOURNMENT IN ABSENCE OF QUORUM AND THE LIKE.

   If a quorum shall fail to attend any regular or special meeting of the Board or, if for any reason, the meeting shall fail to complete transaction of the business before the meeting, the meeting may be adjourned to any date prior to the next regular meeting, agreed upon by a majority of the members present.
