In the event of conflict with other Village ordinances, the provisions of this Chapter shall supersede any other previously enacted ordinances with respect to labor relations. Village sanctioned rules and regulations, administrative directives, departmental rules and regulations and work place practices shall control unless there is a conflict with a collective bargaining agreement. Where a conflict exists, the collective bargaining agreement shall control. (Ord. 250, 1-12-1993)
