In lieu of an occupation tax or other tax, the cooperative shall pay as a franchise tax to the village, two percent (2%) of its gross revenues derived from sales of electricity to its consumers within the corporate limits of the village of Cloudcroft. Said franchise tax shall be paid quarterly on the gross revenue of the preceding quarter on or before January 31, April 30, July 31 and October 31. (Ord. 353, 6-8-2010)
