11-1-6: INSPECTION OF BOOKS:

The village shall have the right, at all reasonable times, to inspect the books and records of the company pertaining to the company's gross monthly recurring revenues from the services listed in section 11-1-16, "Appendix A", of this chapter received from the company's subscribers located within the limits of the village.
