1-8-1: PURPOSE:

The purpose of this Chapter is:

   A.   To guarantee employees the right to organize and bargain collectively with their employers;

   B.   To promote harmonious and cooperative relationships between employers and employees;

   C.   To protect the rights of employers; and

   D.   To acknowledge the rights of the citizens to orderly and uninterrupted delivery of Village services. (Ord. 250, 1-12-1993)
