10-7-3: ASSUMPTIONS; PLAN:
   A.   Adoption Of Plan: Upon adoption of land use or system-wide assumptions, the Village shall provide for a capital improvements plan to be developed by qualified professionals using generally accepted engineering and planning practices in accordance with State law.
   B.   Public Hearing: Upon completion of the capital improvements plan, the Board of Trustees shall schedule and publish notice of a public hearing to discuss the adoption of the capital improvements plan and imposition of the development fee with notice as provided by State law.
   C.   Consolidation: The Board of Trustees may consolidate the land use assumption and capital improvements as provided by State law.
   D.   Updating: The Board of Trustees shall update the land use assumptions and capital improvements plan at least every five (5) years, and shall review and evaluate its current land use assumptions and shall cause an update of the capital improvements plan to be prepared and hold hearings in accordance with State law.
