A. State Law; Definitions: There is imposed in the Village a development fee pursuant to laws 1993, chapter 122, and all definitions in such Act are adopted herein and to which reference herein is made as State law.
B. Territorial Coverage: The development fee shall be assessed on any new development of property within the Village limits.
C. Purpose: The development fee is imposed to pay the following specified costs of constructing capital improvements or facility expansions as authorized by State law.
D. Assessment And Collection: The development fee shall be assessed and collected as provided by State law. (Ord. 288, 3-9-1999)
