Each parking space shall have:
A. Area: Minimum area of one hundred eighty (180) square feet.
B. Width: Minimum width of nine feet (9').
C. Ingress, Egress: Adequate room for ingress and egress.
D. One-Half Units, Measurements: When units or measurements determining the number of required off-street parking and off-street loading spaces result in a number of one-half (1/2) or greater, an additional space shall be required.
E. Exceed Twenty; Size Reduction: When the determined number of required parking spaces exceeds twenty (20), ten percent (10%) of the required spaces may measure eight feet by sixteen feet (8' x 16') and be one hundred twenty eight (128) square feet in area for compact vehicles.
F. Handicapped Parking: All commercial zones shall provide handicapped parking in compliance with the current UBC.
G. Snow Removal: Provision for snow removal is the responsibility of the owner. (Ord. 277, 10-29-1997)
