9-3-4: RECENTLY ANNEXED TERRITORY:
All territory which may hereafter be annexed to the village shall be subject to all of the regulations of zone G-1 (open space, no structures), unless the village board of trustees accepts a zoning plan with the annexation. (Ord. 277, 10-29-1997)
