Where any lot abuts two (2) streets which either do not intersect or which intersect at an angle of less than seventy degrees (70°) with reference to the lot:
A. Permanent unobstructed open space equal to the zone front yard shall be provided along any side of the lot which abuts a street.
B. Setbacks for all odd-shaped lots will be determined by the planning and zoning commission in accordance with the most applicable rule. (Ord. 277, 10-29-1997)
