9-3-1: ESTABLISHED:
Zoning regulations as herein set forth are approved and established. The village is hereby divided into zones, which zones were previously known by the titles in parentheses below, except such zones as did not heretofore exist, and shall now be known by the designations set opposite the previous titles as follows:
   A.   Residential zones:
      R-1 (A) residential housing.
      R-2 (A-M) residential apartments, multiple dwellings.
      R-3 (A-T) residential mobile homes, permanently placed.
   B.   Commercial zones:
      C-1 (D) offices, banks, hospitals, clinics.
      C-2 (D) wholesale and retail.
      C-3 (D) automotive and trailer sales.
      C-4 (D) light manufacturing.
      C-5 car wash.
      C-6 automotive repair.
      C-7 vehicle fueling stations.
      C-8 facilities serving food and/or beverages.
      C-9 auto wrecking yards, kennels.
      C-10 recreation and amusement facilities.
   C.   Recreation and transit accommodation facilities zones:
      T-1 (T-1) (D) tourist lodging and eating facilities.
      T-2 (T-2) (E) recreational vehicle parks.
      T-3 (T-3) (D) stables.
      M-1 mobile home parks.
   D.   Greenbelt:
      G-1 open space, no structures.
      G-2 parks and recreation and related structures.
