9-2-2: PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
The planning commission, established by ordinance 64, shall hereafter be known as the planning and zoning commission. Duties of the planning and zoning commission shall be those listed in ordinance 64 (see title 2, chapter 1 of this code), this and other current ordinances, and as may be directed by the board of trustees.
