There is hereby adopted for the purpose of prescribing regulation governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion, the code, standards and requirement adopted under chapter 59A, article 52 of the New Mexico Statutes Annotated 1978 comp. as amended and title 10, chapter 25 of the New Mexico administration code.
