8-2-8: WAIVER OF REQUIREMENTS:

The board of trustees may, under appropriate circumstances, waive a portion or all of the requirements of this chapter when in the opinion of the board of trustees the nature or location of the proposed structure does not detract from the stated purpose of this chapter. (Ord. 237, 9-11-1990)
