From and after the effective date of the ordinance codified herein, any business or commercial structure constructed, replaced, remodeled or moved within the corporate limits of the village or any residence or other dwelling converted to a commercial structure within the corporate limits of the village, shall conform to the western/railroad motif according to the architectural styles utilized between 1850 and 1920 in the western United States, examples of which are attached to the ordinance codified herein, marked exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference.
