8-2-1: APPLICABILITY:

The terms, provisions and requirements of this chapter shall be in addition to and not in lieu of the requirements as set forth in the village, or in any other ordinance or state statute governing construction, building, zoning or similar activities. (Ord. 237, 9-11-1990)
