For the purpose of prescribing minimum standards regulating the installation and maintenance of electrical facilities in the village, the village adopts the code and standards adopted under section 60-13-44, New Mexico Statutes Annotated 1978 comp. as amended and as adopted under title 14 of the New Mexico administration code.
