7-5-2: APPLICATION:

Any person who applies to the village for authority to drill a new domestic well shall have their application acted upon within thirty (30) days of receipt of the request if the New Mexico state engineer has approved the application made to the state engineer's office. (Ord. 306, 9-11-2001)
