It shall be unlawful for any person to:
A. Fail to post or erect a warning sign where a hazardous condition exists.
B. Post or display an illegal warning sign.
C. Fail to remove an illegal warning sign after being instructed to do so by a law enforcement officer.
D. Fail to remove a temporary warning sign after being instructed to do so by a law enforcement officer.
E. Fail to maintain a readable warning sign.
F. Upon a conviction of any subsection of this section, a violator shall be punished in accordance with section 1-4-1 of this code provided that a minimum penalty of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be imposed upon conviction. (Ord. 302, 4-10-2001)
