6-2-1: PURPOSE:

This chapter regulates the use of warning signs concerning hazards within the village of Cloudcroft. It specifies enforcement authority and responsibilities for posting warning signs. This chapter does not address traffic-control devices or the issue of trespass on private property. (Ord. 302, 4-10-2001)
