5-2-25: FURNISHING DRUGS OR LIQUOR TO PRISONER:

Furnishing drugs or liquor to a prisoner consists of directly or indirectly furnishing any narcotic drug or intoxicating liquor to any person held in lawful custody or pursuant to the direction or prescription of a regularly licensed physician attending such person or penal facility. (1976 Code § 5-1-31)
