5-2-7: OBSTRUCTING MOVEMENT:

Obstructing movement consists of either:

   A.   Hindering, annoying or molesting persons passing along any street, sidewalk, crosswalk or other public way; or

   B.   Loitering, sitting or standing around at the entrance of any church, public hall, theater, public building or other place of public assemblage in any manner so as to unreasonably obstruct such entrance. (1976 Code § 5-1-7)
