A. Collector Established: The village board of trustees shall engage a private contractor to provide refuse collector services to the village under the provisions of the ordinances of the village, its resolutions and the refuse contract, a copy of which is attached to the ordinance codified herein, marked exhibit A, and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein. B. Frequency: Collection of garbage and trash shall be made at times and intervals as the board of trustees determines as to best accomplish the purposes of the garbage collection system. (1976 Code § 6-3-5)
