All garbage of any nature that accumulates on the premises of any person shall be placed in the receptacles provided for by the contract waste hauler at the place designated by the contractor and the village. Receptacles are the property of the contractor, leased to the village for public use and may not be locked. (Ord. 325, 4-13-2004)
