A. Application For License: An applicant must submit an application for a license to install or repair fiber optic cable in, over or upon the city of Clive right of way. Upon issuance of a license by the city, the applicant agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of a license agreement to be approved by the council. (2000 Code § 116.01)
B. License Fee: Before any fiber optic cable license is issued, the applicant may be required to pay a license fee in accordance with a fee schedule established from time to time and approved by the council. (2000 Code § 116.02)
