10-1-16 CONFLICTING PROVISIONS.
   In any case where the provisions of this chapter, or the Building Code adopted hereby, are found to be in conflict with a provision of the Code of Iowa, or a provision of any zoning, building, fire, safety, or health ordinance or Code of the City, the provision which establishes the higher standard for the promotion and protection of the health and safety of the people shall prevail.
