(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Upon conviction for violation of § 50.01, a person may be fined in the sum not less than $10 nor more than $300.
(C) Any person violating the terms of § 50.02 shall be fined in the sum of not less than $5 nor more than $100.

(D) Violation of § 50.03 shall be punishable by a fine of $50 for the first offense, $100 for the second offense and $200 for each offense thereafter.
