§ 50.03 PROHIBITING TRASH PICKUP ALONG CITY ALLEYS.
   (A)   The term TRASH HAULER means any vehicle with more than two axles used primarily for the hauling of trash, rubbish or other like items.
   (B)   Trash haulers shall be prohibited from driving on city alleys.
   (C)   Notwithstanding this section, a trash hauler may drive upon a city alley for the sole purpose of picking up trash from a dumpster accessible only from that alley.
