§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   A person violating the terms of § 94.01 may be fined in the sum not to exceed $300. Each day that the violation of § 94.01 continues shall constitute a separate violation thereof.
   (C)   Any person violating the terms of § 94.02 may be fined in the sum of not less than $25 nor more than $100.

   (D)   The penalty for each and every violation of § 94.03 shall be a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $100 for the first offense and not less than $101 nor more than $500 for the second offense. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
   (E)   (1)   Any person found to be in violation of §§ 94.15 through 94.19 may be fined in an amount not to exceed $500. Each day that a violation occurs may constitute a separate violation.
      (2)   (a)   Any person found to be in violation of § 94.20 may be fined in an amount of $25 for the first offense. Any offense thereafter, the fine will be $50 with a maximum fine of $100 for each violation.
         (b)   The exception to § 94.20 will be that anyone unloading or loading in a temporary status will be allowed to be excluded from being fined as long as the temporary status does not exceed a timely manner.
   (F)   Any person violating §§ 94.35 through 94.41 shall be fined an amount not less than $10 and no more than $300 and such penalty shall be in addition to any prohibition from performing additional excavating work and in addition to any liability for money damages as provided by §§ 94.35 through 94.41.
