§ 94.02 CLEARING OF SNOW AND ICE FROM CERTAIN SIDEWALKS.
   Each owner, occupant, lessee or person entitled to the possession of any building, vacant lot or premises, which premises are not single family residential, in the following described locations within the city shall, within 24 hours following a fall of snow, clear the sidewalk adjacent to such building, vacant lot or premises of snow and ice; that such owner, occupant, lessee or person entitled to the possession shall further thereafter keep such sidewalk free and clear of snow and ice:
   (A)   Main Street from Walnut Street North to the L & N railroad track;
   (B)   Elm Street from Water Street to Third Street;
   (C)   Blackman Street from Water Street to Third Street;
   (D)   Mulberry Street from Water Street to Third Street;
   (E)   Vine Street from Main Street to Third Street; and
   (F)   Ninth Street from Elm Street to Pike Street on the west side and Elm Street to Maryland Street on the east side.
