§ 94.41 SCHEDULE OF FEES.

   (A)   For each project, an applicant shall pay a permit fee in the amounts listed below:

      Public roadway excavation/cut:            $175 per cut

      Non-roadway excavation/cut:            $100 per cut

      Push or bore under public roadway:         $75 per bore

      Public sidewalk disturbance:            $50 per cut

      Placement/removal of poles/overhead lines:      $30

      Open linear cut/bore:               $0.20 per lineal foot

      All other disturbances:               $25

   (B)   In the event that a project is started before a permit is issued, the applicant shall pay a permit fee of double the amount that would have been paid had the permit been issued prior to the commencement of the work.

   (C)   The minimum fee for any open linear cut/bore shall be $50 and the maximum fee for any open linear cut/bore shall be $5,000.
