§ 94.35 APPLICATION.

   This subchapter shall apply to any excavating, trenching, digging or boring performed in or under a public right-of-way in the city except the following:

   (A)   Installing or repairing any sewer line connected to the city sewer system (which is governed by §§ 51.085 through 51.096 of the city code); and

   (B)   Any general landscaping work performed in the portion of the public right-of-way between the street and the sidewalk.
