3-6-7: PAYMENT OF CHARGES:
   (A)   Extending Credit: No hauler shall extend credit to a customer for a period of more than three (3) months. (1968 Code, sec. 41-106)
   (B)   Delinquent Payment: When any customer is more than three (3) months behind in payment, the hauler then retained by said customer shall terminate service to said customer. (1968 Code, sec. 41-107)
   (C)   Payment Of Arrears: Customers who have been refused service because of failure to pay for said service shall not be given service by any other hauler until the said customer shall have paid to the hauler who terminated his service the amount owing to him; said amount shall in no event be more than that for three (3) months' services. Upon payment of the three (3) months' arrears or a less amount if that is all that is owed to the hauler, the city clerk shall give notice of such payment to all haulers and they shall then have the right to extend service to the customer.
