3-6-2: LICENSE REQUIRED:

No person shall engage in the business of collecting garbage or be permitted to haul, convey or transport over and upon the streets of the City any "garbage" or "other refuse" as defined in this chapter, or other material giving off noxious odors unless he shall be licensed therefor. (1968 Code, sec. 41-103)
