1347.12 RECORDS KEPT BY DEPARTMENT.

Copies of all applications, certificates of occupancy, and documents submitted for lead-safe certification are a public record and shall be kept on file by the Building Commissioner as required by applicable law. (Ord. 78-2021. Passed 10-17-22.)
