Within one (1) year after implementation and yearly thereafter, the City shall review the impacts of the lead-safe certification requirement to determine if tenants have been unduly displaced and to identify any other negative unintended consequences that may have occurred due to implementation of the lead-safe certification requirement. If negative impacts are occurring or have occurred, the City will re-evaluate the program and work toward eliminating any negative impacts. (Ord. 78-2021. Passed 10-17-22.)
