The Building Commissioner, through a designated the Lead-Safe Auditor, shall monitor the City lead-safe certification process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. The Lead-SafeAuditor shall perform such other tasks as required by the Building Commissioner, including maintaining a list of certified inspectors and contractors and coordinating regular monitoring and reporting with the Lead-Safe Advisory Board and other appropriate entities.
