SCHEDULE VIII - EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR PROPERTY AREAS - DRIVEWAYS AND SERVICE WALKS
Pursuant to Section 1351.29(a)(3), the following, among others, are items which are to be inspected in making a determination as to whether driveways are properly installed and/or maintained:
   (a)   That sections of, or blocks of, or portions thereof whose edges differ vertically by 3/4 of an inch or more are properly leveled by ramping or leveling.
   (b)   That where existing gravel or slag driveways or aprons are maintained, the material shall be confined and distributed equally throughout the drive's length and breadth so as not to have bare areas and to prevent vegetation from growing through.
   (c)   That on asphalt driveways there be a 1-3/4 inch topcoating pursuant to Section 1161.11(d) of the Zoning Code.
   (d)   That aprons shall be level with public sidewalks.
   (e)   That broken or deteriorated areas of the driveway shall be repaired or replaced.
   (f)   That all driveway expansions shall meet the Zoning Code's standards and shall be built and maintained in the same material and standards as the rest of the driveway.
   (g)   One-fourth inch (1/4") cracks, deteriorated, or broken areas of an asphalt driveway can be repaired or replaced.
