Pursuant to Section 1351.29(a)(2), the following, among others, are items which are to be inspected in making a determination as to whether public sidewalks are properly installed and maintained:
(a) That adjoining sections of block or portions thereof shall not have edges which differ vertically by 3/4 of an inch or more.
(b) That blocks shall not have a transverse slope (slope toward the street) in excess of 3/4 of an inch per horizontal foot.
(c) That blocks shall not have a reverse slope (slope toward property) that impounds water to a depth of 3/4 of an inch or more.
(d) That blocks shall not have depressions that impound water to a depth of 3/4 of an inch or more.
(e) That blocks shall not have loose, missing or deteriorated areas.
(f) That blocks shall not use ramping in order to level.
