Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1351.13(g), the following items, among others, shall be checked to assure that plumbing, plumbing fixtures and water heating facilities are approved and properly maintained:
(a) The temperature and pressure relief valve.
(b) The drip leg.
(c) The dirt leg.
(d) The pilot cover.
(e) The water line shut-offs.
(f) The automatic gas control valves.
(g) The main water supply shut-off valves.
(h) The cross connection of water supply and drainage systems.
(i) The traps.
(j) The water supply handles.
(k) The fixtures shall be secure and not leak.
(l) The toilets shall be operational and function as designed.
(m) The stationary or laundry tubs.
(n) The drain grates.
(o) The stack vent.
(p) The garbage disposals.
(q) The waste stacks.
The source for the items contained in this Schedule was the Ohio Plumbing Code. All subsequent amendments, alterations, deletions or other changes to the standards, rules or regulations contained therein shall be deemed to have been adopted by the City unless otherwise provided for by the Codified Ordinances.
