The Mayor shall have the authority to establish vacation, sick leave and other benefits for all permanent part-time employees. A "permanent part-time employee" means an employee who is employed on a permanent, year-round basis, and excludes seasonal employees and student interns. (Ord. 3-1977. Passed 2-22-77; Ord. 153-2021.
