The Mayor shall have the authority to pay the cost of moving household and family of new hirees when deemed in the best interests of the City. Such expenses shall be limited to the physical movement of household goods; storage of household goods when necessary, not to exceed three (3) months; cost of installing or turning on of utilities; one-time transportation charges from old address to new address of employee and family to include meals and overnight accommodations when applicable and other such proper expenses.
