1333.02 PROHIBITED METHODS OF REMOVAL.
   The following methods and means for removal of paint, stains and similar coatings from exterior surfaces are prohibited and are declared to be a health hazard and a nuisance:
   (a)   Open flame burning;
   (b)   Abrasive blasting, power sanding (except for touch up work incidental to another authorized paint removal method), or similar methods which pulverize the coatings of paint unless in compliance with Sections 1333.03 and 1333.04.
   (c)   Any other method or means which does not comply with the regulations set forth in Sections 1333.03 and 1333.04.
