(a) There is hereby established a Board to be known as the Board of Building Code Appeals, consisting of three architects registered as such with the State of Ohio.
(b) Unless otherwise provided by this Council, the members of the Architectural Board of Review appointed pursuant to Section 1313.01 shall also serve as the Board of Building Code Appeals. In the absence of one or more members of such Board of Building Code Appeals, the alternate member(s) of the Architectural Board of Review may serve as alternate member(s) of the Board of Building Code Appeals in the manner provided in Section 1313.01(c). Two or more members/alternate members of the Board of Building Code Appeals shall constitute a quorum.
